The Chief Instructor & Founder of the UCAA is Master Damian Kierans. Master Kierans currently holds the rank of 7th Dan in Ryukyu Kempo, Kyusho-Jitsu & Tuité Jitsu. He is also a certified Physical Intervention Trainer for the Security Industry, Self-defence Instructor, Conflict Management Trainer, Chen Style Tai Chi & Qigong Instructor and he also holds a number of fitness related qualifications. Master Kierans is Ireland's leading authority on Kyusho-Jitsu (pressure point fighting) and is the representative for Dillman Karate International in Ireland.
