Based in the heart of Newbridge Town , Training For Warriors provides a new option for those looking to lose weight, build muscle and feel great.
Using a mix of strenght work and conditioing sessions the focus of each session is to build and reinforce new habits and to weaken our old habits - so that we are moving closer to looking and feeling how we want to on a daily basis.
Through our small group coached sessions we work with everyday people who battle with fitting in time for training and improving their nutiriton along with their jobs , family commitments and the day to day surprises life throws at us.
