SBG Ireland is run by John Kavanagh – Irelands first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt and coach to UFC superstars Conor McGregor, Ais Daly, Paddy Holohan, Chris Fields (TUF) and Cathal Pendred.

We cater for all from the beginner looking to get fit and try something new to the next Champ! We have age specific classes for your child starting at 4 years old. Our Growing Gorillas club is coached by BJJ Brown Belt Owen Roddy.

Opening at 6am each weekday morning we have over 50 classes on our schedule with something to suit you.

Classes include Judo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling and MMA.
