The proud owner of Stephan’s Pretzels, he is responsible for bringing the first pretzel store to Kilkenny in 2011 and for making it a popular place with both locals and tourists.

Pretzels come in a variety of savoury forms like pretzel burgers, pretzeldogs, ham and cheese rolls or chicken calzone. Regular pretzels can also come in different flavours such as cinnamon, plain or salted or with poppy or sesame seeds. His sweet creations come in the form of chocolate pretzels, donut pretzels and chocolate donuts. When you have had enough of the pretzel range, other sweet options include big chocolate chip cookies, vanilla muffins, Danish pastries and sometimes even Turkish delight croissants.

Teas and coffees of the hot and iced varieties are on the menu and other beverages are also available. Stephan also does fresh soup with pretzel bites instead of croutons.
