We combine the best of Neuromuscular Physical therapy (NMT), Trigger Point Dry Needling, Functional Movement/ Kinesio Taping and Selective Functional Movement Exercises, to achieve a long-lasing resolution to musculoskeletal pain and injury.

We are one of only a handful of clinics in Ireland, certified to level 2 standard in The Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), which is one of the most comprehensive and complete systems of evaluation and exercise intervention. It identifies meaningful impairments that may be seemingly unrelated to the main musculoskeletal complaint, but contribute to the associated disability. Our exercise interventions are directed at the specific needs of your problem- we do not provide a 'one size fits all' approach.
