6week work out program designed to tone up your body and help you lose weight. These classes are a combination of cardio, Plyometric, strength and core work all using your own body weight! They are run twice a week Monday and Thursday evenings and are 40 minutes long. At just over 5 euro per class this is GREAT VALUE! The course is run by Rachel who is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and who is an ex International Ladies soccer player.
