Hey there ladies New women's classes coming soon to Primal MMA, theses classes are designed specifically for women of all levels of fitness. Each Training class will provide a mixture of different training aspects from self defence training - cardiovascular training - core training plus strength & conditioning training. Each class will help you to increase your fitness levels, help burn body fats, build lean muscle and improve on all over body strengths through a mixed martial arts style of training. Also included with your training will be a weigh in before and after, diet plan & nutritional information, supplement advice and encouraging tips to help you achieve your goals. This is a fun and enjoyable way to help keep yourself fit and healthy to be more positive and motivating, increase energy levels and build confidence.
