Primal Health - Yoga & Nutrition 2.32

Primal Health Yoga & Nutrition is owned and run by myself, Linda Hickey.
At Primal Health, I provide yoga classes for all levels in the Wicklow and South Dublin areas. I teach a flowing Vinyasa style with focus on alignment of the breath with movement. I also like to incorporate a little meditation into each class. Students will leave the class feeling flexible, light and relaxed.

At Primal Health Yoga & Nutrition, I also offer Nutrition Consultations and Reflexology treatments.

My journey into the world of holistic health first began back in 2001. Following a break from my teaching job after the birth of my second daughter, I decided to train as a Reflexologist. I continued on this path and undertook a 3 year diploma course in Nutritional Therapy at the Institute of Health Sciences, graduating in 2009.
Following this I set up and ran my own Nutritional Therapy Clinic in Bray,
'Pembroke Health & Wellbeing'.
Finally, I recently succeeded in realizing one of my all-time dreams of training to be a yoga teacher. I did this under the guidance of the wonderful Teresa Murphy Moore, of Yoga Sacred Space.
