Outdoor Bootcamp is bringing health and fitness back to basics. Train in the great outdoors in beautiful locations for both mind and body.
Outdoor Bootcamps consist of 50 mins-1 hour of cardio training in a sheltered wooded area. Breathe in good clean, fresh air as you partake in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) including light jogging, body-weight exercises and hill-sprints... to name a few.
Exercises target the BIG muscle groups- Glutes, Hamstrings and Quads- along with engaging the rest... core, abs, arms, shoulders etc. to ensure MAXIMUM calorie burn both during the bootcamp and up to 12 hours after it is complete.
"There are 168 hours in your week, I'm asking for one of those hours where you give me your all, give me everything you got... then you have another 167 hours to recover!"
