Mindful Create is an educational resource for all those interested in both Mindfulness and Creativity. It is for anyone interested in the connection between these practices, and for those who want to develop both aspects within themselves.
We design and facilitate workshops / courses and retreats combining Mindfulness and Creativity. We teach the life-skills of how to "Approach Mindfully and Respond Creatively".

Mindful Create workshops are facilitated by Irish Artist / Educator & Mindfulness Instructor Una Keeley. Una has designed educational programmes for arts organisations and institutions for over 25 years. Including 15 years with The Irish Museum of Modern Art. Her background includes an Honors Degree in ceramics, a Masters in Art Education, a Diploma in Mindfulness & Wellbeing. She has been using mindfulness practices in her workshops for over 15 years. She is currently studying MBSR Mindfulness Instructor Training with the Institute for Mindfulness Based Approaches (Germany). Una has been practicing both meditation and yoga for 25 years.
