Kenny's Supervalu Blessington 3.65

Dan Kenny worked as a Sales Manager in Duffy's Meats in Hacketstown when the company was taken over by Kerry foods, which led to Dan setting up a small rented butcher/shop/deli in Blessington. In 1984, he purchased the property on the main street where Supervalu now sits. In 1987, the building was extended and the Supervalu franchise was taken on board. Since then the site next door to Supervalu came available and is now known as "Kenny's Kitchen" which contains a coffee shop to the front and a full scratch bakery in the rear. This year, the local post office have also joined us in Kenny's Supervalu Blessington which makes us Blessington's one stop shop.
