I am a French trained pastry chef. I have worked with some of London's top Michelin-starred chefs and have recently finished working in Adare Manor's award winning Oak Room Restaurant. Recently I decided to follow an ambition to start a market stall selling my own range of confectionery. That soon transferred itself to bricks and mortar and I am now to be found in my shop at The Potato Market in Limerick where I also have exceptional coffee!!
