My name is Jason Cafferkey (JC Fitness) I am a certified personal trainer, Explosive speed and conditioning coach and diet specialist. I have been actively involved in coaching for 20 years and bring a depth of knowledge in all aspects of strength and conditioning. I am passionate about health and fitness and I believe the way to achieving your fitness goals are through hard work, a little dedication and of course in the proper guidance. I offer all my clients tailored nutrition and training programmes created according to individual needs and goals.
