Intonation is a new idea for music production - strip back all the amplification, effects and plug ins to the bare tracks, and rebuild them with hardware in analogue, recorded to tape, referring to the original mix, and edit and master from there.

This means that Intonation can make music recorded on a laptop sound as though it was recorded in a big studio with the big studio equipment and big studio sound, for a small part of what that would cost.

Intonation was designed to offer something which has not existed before, and which has the capability of elevating the quality of music production to a higher value. A big investment was made in quality equipment, including original Studer tape machines and Vovox cabling throughout carrying all the sound signals. The result is a capacity to produce and hear a quality of sound which is as good the best available.
