Initial Consultation - 90 mins €70

Includes:
A full review of health history, dietary habits & lifestyle.
Assess current health status & discuss your symptoms and health goals.
Nutritionally balanced meal plans, recipes and lifestyle recommendations tailored to your needs so you may reach your goals

Follow Up Consultation - 45 mins €40
Usually 4-6 weeks after initial consultation. Support is provided in between consults.
