Hula hooping is a form of aerobic exercise. It will increase your heart rate and help improve your cardiovascular system function. Working out with a hula hoop also helps you tone and strengthen your core muscles.
You will strengthen and tone your abdominals, obliques, arms, legs and back muscles, as well as improving balance, flexibility and coordination.
As you progress, you can learn new tricks and techniques to keep your hooping workouts fun and exciting.
Each session will include some funky music to hoop on down to. Before you know it you'll be a pro Hoop dancer!
