At 'Kidz Holistics' I believe that it is important for kids to be introduced to holistic therapies.Kids get overwhelmed by stress just like adults!...so they need to have some tools to help them work through,bullying,peer pressure,exams,and any type of changes that may accur in their life.
So I teach them mindfulnesss/meditation,IET Therapy and reiki. I also introduce them to their energy system and their chakras,and lots more!!
