We only use the freshest premium ingredients to make our authentic signature and gourmet pizzas. All dough is made using the strongest flour with a high protein content and fresh yeast to give our dough its unique flavour and crispiness. Our dough is then hand stretched and topped by our experienced pizza chefs and baked directly on our stone based oven.

Our pizza sauce is made fresh daily using quality Italian plum tomatoes and a special blend of herbs.

We use a special blend of 100% mozzarella cheese and cheddar sourced from Bandonvale, a local cheese supplier.

We prepare and cook all of our toppings in our store, roasting our peppers to bring our their natural sweetness, caramelising our red onions, grilling courgettes, grilling bacon lardons and O'Flynns Gourmet Italian sausage. We work hard to source the best quality local ingredients for all our toppings.

It is this dedication to quality that makes our pizzas.... to die for :))

We have a range of sides, pastas, pittas, calzones and hot baguettes.

We are also well known for our Fish Supper, we beer batter and cook fresh to order for every supper!!
