Guerilla fitness no excuses training is ran by strength and conditioning coaches Brendan Walsh and Hilary Riordan. Both Brendan and Hilary have extensive experience, knowledge and qualifications in the fitness industry.

Guerilla Fitness is more than a gym, it's a community of support, education, and encouragement to achieve your fitness goals
We cut away all the frills and bulls**t that is the fitness industry today and we make fitness and nutrition,simple and most of all sustainable.

We follow crossfits motto of constantly varied functional movements carried out at high intensity. What does that mean?
Constantly varied - we never do the same workout twice which keeps you and your body guessing and prepared for the unknown that is life.
Functional movement - this basically mean that we get you doing exercises that will carry over and benefit you in every day life and get you moving the way your body is designed.
High Intensity - basically are workouts are short and because of that we want you to them at maximum intensity and keep you in a metabolic pathway. However, we at guerilla fitness will not substitute from and technique for intensity and we will always teach you the basics first.

All our workouts are done in a group environment were anyone of all fitness levels can participate together as we can scale and modify all our workouts so everyone is working to their maximum capacity levels. However, Guerilla fitness is not for just for anyone, if your looking for a new fad, or some quick gimmick, this is not for you.

All new comers must complete our Guerilla intro course before joining the main classes. This to to ensure your safety and teach you the proper technique on fundamental movement patterns, and technical lifts.
