The Girl and the Goose Restaurant is located in the heart of Ballsbridge, across the road from the RDS, serving French / Irish cuisine for food lovers. Michael Sabik is the Restaurant Owner and Head Chef.
Micheal, originally from Slovakia has been working as a chef for over 10 years. From Chef Oliver Quennett (La Maison) and Chapter One, Michael has brought his expertise and love of food to The Girl and the Goose Restaurant. Michael’s mission for every meal is freshness, taste and presentation. And his favourite dish… Confit of Duck.
