Grading system
All our descriptions give you full details about the conditions of our products giving you full information on what to expect.
Our used phones,ipods and ipads are fully tested before being deemed fit for resale and are fully operational and functional. We also offer a free 60 day peace of mind guarantee should you encounter any problems. We also offer extended warranties for a small additional cost and extra peace of mind, contact us for details.

Here is how we grade items:

•Grade A: Great condition, as new with very light scuffs or minor marks if any.
•Grade B: Good condition, very minor marks and scuffs.
•Grade C: Used handset with heavier scuffs, marks or cracks. The screen will have scratches and possible scuffs but no cracks. The rear casing will show heavy signs of wear and can include cracks around the charging port, sim gate, vibrate and volume buttons. It may also have scratches/scuffs and possible pitting marks. This does not affect the functionality and is purely cosmetic.

14 day returns
Are items simply brought by the customer and returned within 14 days back to the store because they changed their minds, but because the items have been opened they can’t be sold as new, when in fact they are,so you cant get a new product but at a cheaper price thus saving you money,all 14 days products come with full manufactures warranty.

Refurnished items.

Refurnished items are used items that have been sent back to the manufacture to get refurnished back to as new condition and come in brand new boxes with new accessories and warranty.
