Classes running throughout Gorey as follows:
Tuesday evenings: The Rock Community Hall 6.45-7.45pm Not Just Zumba and 8-9pm Pilates.
Wednesday evenings: Craanford Community Hall 7.15-7.50pm HIIT and 8-9pm Pilates for Men.
Thursday mornings: Kilanerin Village Hall 9.30-10.05am HIIT and 10.15-11am Pilates.
All classes are €7 or do two classes back-to-back for €12.

Not Just Zumba is a combination of aerobics, zumba and toning for the ultimate full body workout. Listen to great tunes and burn plenty of calories. Please bring a towel/mat and handheld weights (optional).
HIIT (high intensity interval training) is a shorter workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of rest. Burn more calories during and after your workout. Bring a mat and a few towels…
Pilates stretches and strengthens the whole body to improve balance, muscle-strength, flexibility and posture. It also helps to improve joint stability and mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. Please bring a mat and a towel.
Pilates for men focuses on the same principles as above however is specifically tailored for men by incorporating more weight bearing exercises and focusing on male-orientated problem areas e.g. the hamstrings.
