Elita Hair Salon is run and owned by Svetlana Milcheva. Svetlana is a fully qualifed stylist and colour technican for almost 20 yrs. She qualified in Bulgaria in 1997 and has been working in Kilkenny for the past 8 years. She is very well known and recomended throughout Kilkenny. In October 2007, an oppurtunity arose for her to branch out on her own business and she took it. Since then she has never looked back!
