The name Delhi Rasoi is derived from Indian language where Rasoi stands for Kitchen. The owner himself is the head chef who has extensive experience of food, herbs and spices for over 25 years in many of the top hotels and restaurants around India and Ireland. Along with him, his business partner equally has similar experience as a chef. When these two people with their abundant of knowledge of Indian food met, the birth of Delhi Rasoi became inevitable.

Delhi Rasoi, Dun laoghaire is a long term food project based on intention introduction of authentic North Indian food to the local community and build a sentiment and traditional attachment with the surrounding community.
Purpose: To be a leader in spicy food industry in Ireland by providing top quality spicy food products, service, relationship and profitability.
