**ALL CLASSES HAVE TO BE PRE BOOKED PRIOR** CLASS TIMES:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
10am, 11am, 12noon - OPEN GYM, 1pm,
*No classes from 2-3:15pm Then 3:15, 4:15, 5:30 and 6:30pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays
7:30am, 10am, 11am, 12noon - OPEN GYM, 1pm, *No classes from 2-3:15pm Then 3:15, 4:15, 5:30 and 6:30pm
Saturdays: 8:30am & 9.30am
Some classes are full, so book in plenty of time.
Closed Sundays & Bank Holidays (We may be closed some Saturdays so keep an eye on our FB page for updates)

All classes are coached. Please call or text 087 6880453 to book you free first class.
€70 per month unlimited classes per week Or €65 per month for 2 classes per week. Drop in rate €12 per class. Student, couple and family rates available, just ask.

CrossFit R560 is Kerry's first CrossFit box, located in Monavalley Business Park, Tralee and is owned by Tom & Joanne. CrossFit IS fitness for everyone. ALL classes are coached meaning we go through proper movement technique on all our exercises. OUR WORKOUTS ARE ADAPTED TO SUIT YOUR CURRENT FITNESS LEVEL. Which means that a new participant and a CrossFit regular can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity. CrossFit will bring you to your highest level of fitness – whatever your age, or fitness background or as a complement to your sport-specific training regime.

So if you want to get stronger, leaner, fitter, faster, CrossFit is for you.

We also do adventure/obstacle course training for members and running programmes to complement 5k, 10k, 1/2 marathons. Want to participate in the Open, we will train you.

Our fitness programming aims to improve your capacity in ten recognised fitness domains: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. The result is comprehensive physical fitness, body confidence and restored vitality.
