We specialise in selling designer and top-end high street clothes, shoes, bags and accessories.
OUR BOUTIQUE IS OPERATED STRICTLY ON AN APPOINTMENT ONLY BASIS.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS::
Payment for any item must be received within two working days unless otherwise stated.
Payment for postal sales is via postal order only. Currently we do not have provisions for credit card sales.
As with all consignment stores, sales are final. We do not accept returns except for postal sales involving clothing whereby the item purchased must be returned WITHIN THREE WORKING DAYS AND IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS SOLD. There is no exchange or refund on accessories i.e. handbags, wallets, sunglasses, jewellery etc.. It is wholly the responsibility of the customer to inform us if any item (postal sales only) is unsuitable and ensure the item is returned within the designated time frame. After a seven day period, payment is passed onto the seller therefore we are not in a position to accept returns beyond the stated three day period.
All of our merchandise are guaranteed genuine, we do not sell copy or replica items.
All of are merchandise are sourced from a clean, pet and smoke free environment. All items are either new or worn once, all items are freshly laundered.
Presently, we do Mitchelstown, Fermoy and Mahon Point collections.
We also post nationwide. The customer is liable for postage costs and, we only post via registered mail.
It is the responsibility of the customer to be familiar Terms and Conditions of sales prior to making a purchase.
Carrie's Closet Cork accept no responsibility if customers are unaware of Terms and Conditions of sales.

INFORMATION ON BECOMING A SELLER WITH CARRIE'S CLOSET CORK......

*All items need to be new or nearly new. Any nearly new items of clothing need to be freshly laundered/dry cleaned and ironed/pressed.
*Items that are not laundered/pressed and hanging will automatically be returned to seller.
*Items cannot be damaged in any way. Any items found to have tears, buttons missing, or not of merchantable quality will also be returned to seller.
*We only accept designer and top end high street merchandise of high quality.
*We only accept unworn/barely worn shoes.
*Service commission is 40% of value of item sold which is deducted once the item sells.
*We have the right to further reduce any piece by up to 40% if unsold after a five month period, normally in increments of 10% at a time but, you will be contacted first with the option to take back any items.
*Any unsold items will be returned to you after a six month period.
*As with all consignment stores, in order to give us a realistic opportunity to successfully sell your merchandise, we do ask that items are left with us for the full designated period of time (5-6 months).
*You will be informed when any unsold merchandise is ready for collection.
*Any merchandise that has not been collected within 7 days will be donated to charity.
*We can only accept seasonal appropriate clothing/shoes.
