We have finally opened a deli to serve the type of barista coffee & honest home cooked food that we absolutely love ourselves. From a healthy breakfast option of fresh fruit with geek yogurt, honey and a home made sugar free granola, to Portuguese tarts, all our food will be prepared and served with love, care and lots of imagination and innovation. As much as possible, we source all of our ingredients as locally as possible.The sandwiches we offer are made with bread from a local artisan baker. Our salads and dressings are made fresh every day in-house. What we can't bring from our own garden, polytunnel & family farm, we have Browns fruit and veg market 20 yards away.The meat we use comes from Feigherys craft butcher 40 yards up the street. Our cheese counter features a fabulous selection of artisan & farmhouse cheeses sourced directly ourselves and from Sheridans cheesemongers. Our chutneys and pickles are made made in house from whatever is seasonal and mostly available locally. We feature a few daily hot & cold specials, and vegetarian options. We are surrounded by fantastic food producers, we aim to showcase this by intuitive pairing of ingredients with sympathetic addition of herbs, spices and seasoning. We will build our range of deli products in the coming months.
