Brian started designing professionally when he graduated from Waterford Institute of Technology in 1999 with a National Diploma. For the next two years he travelled extensively gaining a wealth of knowledge and cultural experience. It was an unconventional time in his life and it shaped his thinking about the future and his career. It was during this period that he began to think of himself as an entrepreneur rather than an employee.

He returned to Ireland in 2001 and launched his first graphic design business. The desire to upskill and broaden his design expertise prompted Brian to engage in an architectural degree. He graduated with first class honours, and was awarded ‘Student of the Year’, from Carlow Institute of Technology in 2009. However, the economic downturn finished his architectural career before it started.

Brian returned to his first passion, graphic design and launched his new business in 2010. He now runs a successful studio from his hometown of Wexford. He heads a small team who help businesses, organisations, and institutions develop and visually communicate their brand and message.

He believes that good design should have a thoughtful idea at its core, be engaging, effective and informative. It should awaken in the viewer a sense of wonder and delight, and above all it should be beautiful.
