Meditation - I teach MIndfulness of Breathing and Loving Kindness, very simple practices suitable for all. Mindfulness of breathing is a practice that once learned - can be used in every day life to help you get through your day with ease and less stress.
Loving Kindness - The practice helps us to actively cultivate positive emotional states towards ourselves and others, so that we become more patient, kind, accepting, and compassionate.
