All makeup appointments will take 60 minutes. Spray Tan appointments will take 30 minutes. If you are making other appointments (e.g hair) please ensure you take into account the above service times.

When making a booking it is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving sufficient notice, I then miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. - Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. - “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. This fee will be applied to your account and will need to be paid upfront before another booking is accepted.

Please be on time, If you are late you will only be giving the remaining scheduled time and your service may not be fully completed but you will be charged the full service price. This is to ensure that other clients services are not effected.
