We deal solely with lettings which means you can be assured of our undivided attention to your property requirements at all times. We provide for all stages of the letting procedure as follows:

Inspection & appraisal of properties.
Advice & assistance on the preparation of properties.
Advertising & viewing of properties.
Collection of one month's rent in advancce and a security deposit of the same amount from tenants in respect of agreed rental.
Obtaining references for potential tenants & verification of same.
Compiling all paperwork to include lease agreements.
Completion of the P.R.T.B. form.
Arranging monthly standing order forms for payment of rent.
Changing of ESB & Gas Accounts into tenants names.

If a Landlord requires, we can provide a Letting & Individual Property Management service which would include the following:
Collection of monthly rent , which would then be paid directly into the Landlord’s bank account.
Dealing with any property maintenance issues i.e. broken appliances, leaks, etc.
Regular inspections of each property.
Arranging B.E.R. Reports (Building Energy Rating Reports).
Registration of each property with the P.R.T.B.
Liaising with Tenants regarding any problems, etc.
