Aerobic Fitness Castledermot 2.97

I am currently training with the fitness academy in the citywest complex in dublin.I am training since last september for a qualification with itec for exercise to music. This will allow me to teach aerobics,step aerobics,circuits etc.
My classes are an alternative to bootcamp,zumba and running.Come along,bring a smile and start exercising to all the old and new music that gives you the feel good factor.All my classes will be for everyone of all ages,all shapes and sizes.You wont even realise your exercising.
