Our story begins in Italy where we learnt to make our authentic Italian homemade pizza and pasta. The pizza sauce is a family recipe passed down through the generations of the Lieghio family from the hills of Casalattico. Our family has been in the restaurant business for the past 40 years throughout Ireland.
We are now delighted to be establishing a new pizza and pasta bar in Ennis. We will be using all of the freshest ingredients sourced from local businesses. The flour which will be the base ingredient for the homemade pizza and pasta dough is imported from Italy to give our customers the most authentic Italian experience.
Our Italian chefs Antonio and Andrea have recently finished their studies in one of Italy's most prestigious catering college to ensure our food is of the highest standard and quality.
We hope to bring a slice of Italy to Ennis so you can experience "la dolce vita".
