Developed by Sport Scientist, Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Ironman triathlete Gary Flannery.

Adrenaline intends to train, educate and reduce the risk of injury to all it's clients.

Gary has worked with clients of all ages and abilities, he has trained those who have feared the thoughts of running to multiple Olympians.

All that's required to train with Gary and his clients is a willingness to try.
